Regular-sized, Silver Splotch Holofoil, Black-backed Coin featuring Charmander released during the fourth distribution of commemorative promotional cards during the Pokmon 10th Anniversary celebrations at Pokmon Centers from April 4, 2009 until April 17, 2009. Patrons who brought at least 2 of the 4 cards released during the campaign (DP-P Promo Pikachu and Charmander and DPt-P Promo Squirtle and Bulbasaur) were awarded the coin.
